Lead Testing in School Drinking Water
On April 27, 2023, Holliday C-2 School District completed testing for lead in our school’s drinking water.
All water sources were inventoried and tested in accordance with State Statute §160.077 by a certified
lab.
The lab results prove that all sources of drinking water are less than 5 parts per billion as established in
the above state law. No remediations or alterations are necessary, and the water is considered lead-free
and safe to drink. The full lab report is available below.
This concludes the first testing cycle. The next cycle is in 2028 unless altered by legislation.
